About the RoleAs a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and early years education for children aged 0-5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning and development through play
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observe, assess and record children's progress
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
