This lovely nursery in Ottershaw is looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team working 40 hr week. Salary is c28k plus loads of fantastic benefits.

• Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
• A solid understanding of child development the Birth to 5 Matters framework and the EYFS curriculum.
• Form bonds with children and their families ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
• Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback and a positive proactive approach.
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
