About MiChild at The Village Nursery The Village Nursery is proudly rated as "Good" by Ofsted, has a capacity of 51 children and has been part of the MiChild Group since 2020. The nursery is located in the heart of Lees Village, surrounded by local businesses and close by to some of our sister settings.
We have just had a full refurbishment, including decor, furnishings and recourses for our children! Our nursery has 4 playrooms and accessible gardens from the ground floor. Two of our playrooms are for our under 2's unit, host a space rich in sensory based play opportunities and baby trained staff.
Our indoor and outdoor spaces offer countless opportunities for exciting and engaging learning opportunities that best support children through their learning journeys. These spaces are meticulously planned by staff so that children can immerse themselves in learning and develop a thirst for knowledge.
The Village Nursery is situated off Lees Road on Albert Street. We are fortunate to have several local businesses around us that staff can visit on their lunch breaks to grab a fresh coffee or a tasty bite to eat.
