We’re Hiring:
Reservations Coordinator
Deliver seamless booking experiences and maximise room revenue in the heart of Manchester.

We’re a busy 4-star hotel with an unbeatable location less than five minutes from Piccadilly Station. We’re now looking for a Reservations Coordinator to manage bedroom enquiries, support revenue performance and ensure every guest journey starts smoothly from the very first contact.
What You’ll Do Reservations & Coordination- Manage all bedroom reservations enquiries from enquiry to confirmation
- Ensure accurate input, amendments and cancellations across all systems
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, agents and corporate clients
- Convert individual and group bedroom enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maximise revenue through upselling room @types, packages and add-ons
- Support promotional offers and rate strategies in line with Revenue goals
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and attention to detail
- Deliver professional, friendly and timely communication at all times
- Resolve reservation queries efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work closely with Revenue, Front Office and Sales teams
- Support rooming lists, allocations and group blocks where required
- Assist with forecasting and reporting as needed
- Experience in hotel reservations or front office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a service-driven mindset
- A proactive, commercial approach to selling bedrooms
