F & B Assistant, Sora Manchester. Newly opened in the heart of the city on Albert Square, Malmaison Manchester Deansgate has joined the Mal family. Featuring 70 design-led rooms, an iconic Malmaison Bar & Grill and the SORA rooftop Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant, this property delivers style and energy alongside exciting new developments.

We are now recruiting for Sora F&B Team Members. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of the team, shaping the department’s success. The Sora Sky Bar is a stunning, one-of-a-kind bar and restaurant offering the best Asian Fusion tapas & cocktails, located on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel.

The Server is a hands-on operator who uses knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire the team. You will contribute to delivering celebrity service, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. Typical duties include:

• Provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support the team in delivering food, beverage and guest experiences to a consistently high standard.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, welcoming and safe dining environment.
• Engage with guests to understand preferences and offer recommendations.

• High standards and a passion for people, hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities, including nationally recognised apprenticeships.
• Effective communication, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
