An amazing opportunity to join The Edwardian Manchester hotel as Assistant Front of House Manager. This role reports to the Front Of House Manager.

Overview

As Assistant Front of House Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Front of House operations. You will support the Front of House Manager in leading the reception, concierge, guest relations and lobby teams consistently delivering the most flawless standards whilst offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will;

  • Oversee day to day Front of House operations ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Front of House team to give exceptional service.
  • Resolve guest queries and challenges professionally ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Manage department rotas, performance standards and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and F&B to maximise the guest experience and operational efficiencies.
About You
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • A genuine passion for guest experience and luxury hospitality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
  • A calm and confident approach when handling challenges
  • A proactive hands on attitude with the ability to inspire your team
