We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Chef de Partie to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation, and timely service.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen.
• Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5
  * Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum).
• City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent.
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team.
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
• A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
• You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
