Nights Front Office Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the front desk.
• Handle arrivals, departures, and inquiries throughout the guest’s stay.
• Provide impeccable, personable service reflective of the brand.

• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations or guest service.
• Strong customer service skills, a team player, hard worker, multitasker, and detail‑oriented.
• Flexible, approachable, with a can‑do attitude.
