We’re looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic Sales & Events team. Reporting to the Group & Events Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering memorable meetings, conferences, and social events — ensuring every guest experience is seamless and personalised. This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours per week.

• Manage event bookings from initial enquiry to post‑event follow‑up
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders using our booking system
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution
• Conduct site visits and show rounds with prospective clients
