Room Attendant – Edwardian Manchester Hotel
We are recruiting for a Room Attendant on a Zero Hours basis, with opportunities for forward career progression.
Responsibilities- Ensure your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
- Work as a team, supporting colleagues where necessary and performing ad hoc housekeeping duties.
- Greet guests warmly, providing assistance where possible and directing them to the appropriate service if required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with our core values, exceeding guest expectations.
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a 5‑star hotel operation; training will be provided otherwise.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer‑service skills.
- Basic command of English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
