Room Attendant – Housekeeping Team
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Room Attendant, responsible for thorough deep cleaning of guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, making beds, and detailing to provide guests with an immaculately clean and welcoming space.
Responsibilities- Deep clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, including making beds and detail work.
- Perform vacuum cleaning, dusting, polishing, mopping, and lifting items such as duvets.
- Record guest preferences and requests to personalize stays (e.g., provide firm pillows, set up a cot).
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and use of cleaning equipment such as steamers.
- Follow health and safety procedures closely, including waste handling and manual handling.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a cleaning role, strongly preferred.
- Self‑driven, able to work alone in guest bedrooms, and able to maintain pace at work.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic with a pride in the quality of work.
- Flexible with shift patterns and available around the business needs.
- Genuine interest in and research of our brand, and desire to be part of the team.

- Earnings of £12.90 per hour, paid weekly.
- Full‑time permanent contract: typical 30 hours per week with shifts of 06:00‑14:00, 08:00‑16:00 or 12:00‑20:00, working any 5 days out of 7.
