Job Title
Linen Porter – Housekeeping Team, Dakota Manchester Airport
Location7 Enterprise Way, Manchester, M90 4AD
Responsibilities- Count linen deliveries and manage linen stock, including items for laundering and in-house inventory.
- Strip beds and remove used linens and towels from guest bedrooms ahead of Room Attendant/Housekeeper servicing.
- Provide relief coverage as a Room Attendant/Housekeeper when required, performing deep cleaning of guest bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, making beds, and detailing to achieve an immaculate guest environment.
- Perform heavy‑duty tasks such as mattress turning and setting up z‑beds and cots.
- Record guest preferences and requests (e.g., firm pillows) to personalize stays.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including waste handling and manual handling guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and operate cleaning equipment such as steamers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cleaning or labouring role (preferred).
- Strong eye for detail, capable of working independently.
- Reliable, dependable, and task‑oriented with pride in work.
- Flexible to shift patterns and available as needed by the business.

Pay: £12.90 per hour, paid weekly.
Full Time – Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, typical shifts 05:00‑13:30 or 08:00‑16:30, any 5 days out of 7.
Part Time – Permanent contract, 21 hours per week, typical shifts 05:00‑13:30 or 08:00‑16:30, any 3 days out of 7.
