The Berkeley, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, is seeking a Guest Services Agent who excels in delivering outstanding service and communicating confidently with guests. You will handle check-in/out and promote hotel services in a luxury setting.
Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and ideally know Opera PMS. Prior reception experience in a luxury hotel is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and a range of wellbeing benefits.
