Front Office Attendant

Position Overview

We are searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Front Office Attendant to ensure that every guest’s experience is personable, relaxing and effortless—at arrival, departure and throughout the stay at Treehouse Hotels Manchester.

• Provide front desk service during all times of guest arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, room service, local information and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records and perform daily front office tasks such as check‑in/check‑out, handling payments, and up‑selling services.
• Represent the brand’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service.

• Minimum of 2 years in front‑office or guest/customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team‑oriented, hard‑working, detail‑oriented.
• Flexible, approachable, and proactive with a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑moving environment.
