Park Plaza Waterloo is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing teams with warmth and professionalism. You will ensure outstanding service across the hotel’s reception and public areas, while guiding the team to deliver memorable experiences for leisure and business travellers.
You’ll be a passionate leader, accountable for payroll, rotas, recruitment and training, and you’ll maintain high standards of operation and guest satisfaction in a busy hospitality environment.
