Simon Rogan Group is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to support daily operations for both restaurant and accommodation bookings at L'Enclume House. The role requires leadership of the Reservations team, managing multiple diaries and booking systems, and stepping in for the Reservations Manager when required.
You'll optimise occupancy and revenue through well-planned upselling, VIP handling and accurate records, while working weekends and peak periods.
