About the Role

The Front Office team at Treehouse Hotels is at the heart of every hotel, and our front‑of‑house staff are the first to meet our guests. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Front Office Attendant to ensure that every guest’s experience is personable, relaxing, and effortless—at arrival, departure, and throughout the stay.

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi‑tasker, and detail oriented.
• Flexible, approachable and with a can‑do attitude.
