Hotel Receptionist

Overview

Join us at Accor, where hospitality is a work of heart. This position is based at Novotel Manchester West, Worsley.

We need a hotel receptionist to work on a busy front desk. This is a part-time position. Hours can vary from 16 to 40 hours per week. The working week includes weekend days.

Personality and professionalism are essential to delivering our personalised customer service. You will maintain and improve processes with the highest possible attention to detail.

Previous hotel front desk experience is essential, preferably with an Accor brand, or a similar role using the Opera reservation system.

Pay: £12.71 per hour.

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and efficient manner at the front desk.
• Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and answer guest queries.
• Maintain clean and organized reception area and uphold brand standards.
• Process payments and manage cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a high standard of guest service.

• Previous hotel front desk experience, ideally with an Accor brand; experience with Opera is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends; punctual and reliable.
