Conference and Events Supervisor (Part-Time)

Hotel: SP - The Manchester Deansgate Hotel (MANDG), 303 Deansgate, M3 4LQ

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is looking for a dynamic Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join the IHG Hotels and Resorts family.

As a C&B Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Work 24 hours per week across a variety of shifts, with flexibility required.
• Motivate, mentor and lead the events team to achieve high standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with other employees and departments to ensure efficient event operations.
• Partner with colleagues to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.
• Make decisions and provide input on process improvements.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Waiter / Team Leader role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
• Experience working in a 5
  * hotel or property of similar size and complexity.
• Previous experience with Delphi and Micros system.
