We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys working alone to join our Front of House Team in the role of Night Receptionist.
Primary Role Responsibilities- Fully trained and confident in fulfilling the role of Receptionist, Night Auditor, Night Porter and Room Attendant.
- Set up meeting and event spaces for conferences and private dinners, and detail all areas to provide guests with an immaculately clean and welcoming space.
- Carry out Night Audit procedures (if required) as detailed in the Front Office SOP manual, completing the Nights Checklist each shift.
- Process check‑in and check‑out for guests.
- Make reservations as requested by guests and perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping and deep cleaning public areas.
- Work closely with all other departments, especially Reception, to ensure excellent communication and proactively assist other departments as required (e.g., delivering room service, taking items to guest bedrooms, answering the hotel phone).
- Follow health and safety procedures closely at all times, particularly relating to chemical handling and best practice for the upkeep of back‑of‑house and public areas.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a Receptionist role (strongly preferred).
- Eye for detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable and dependable.

- Task‑oriented with pride in work and attention to detail.
- Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of the business.
