Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Receptionist for The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries with warmth, and ensure a personal, memorable stay.
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll work with Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro, maintaining accuracy in guest details, handling payments, and supporting daily admin tasks while upholding our service standards.
