Shifts are:
- Either 9am start or 2pm start and are usually around 6-7 hours
- They will include weekends
- We would expect you to work 5 shifts per week
- Clean and maintain assigned guestrooms to hotel standards
- Ensure guest privacy and safeguard their belongings
- Personalize guest experiences through attentive service
- Restock room supplies and amenities as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Previous housekeeping experience is a feather in your duster, but not essential.
- The ability to read guests' minds (okay, not really, but being attentive and anticipating needs is pretty close!)
- An eagle eye for detail that can spot a speck of dust from a mile away.
- A knack for making guests feel so welcome, they might forget they're not at home.
- The magical power to transform chaos into order faster than you can say "turndown service"
