Vita Group in Manchester is seeking a Food Hall Floor Manager for House of Social Food Hall to lead front‑of‑house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
You will oversee daily floor activities, coordinate between bar, kitchens and hosts, manage bookings and events, train staff and ensure health and safety, licensing and service standards while driving guest satisfaction and revenue.
