Novotel London Excel is seeking a Front Office Team Member to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and deliver high-quality service throughout every stay.
You will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining accurate guest documentation. English fluency and experience with Opera or similar PMS are preferred, and right to work in the UK is required.
