Constellation Platinum is seeking knowledgeable and passionate Sommeliers to deliver an exceptional wine experience within the premium hospitality areas at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United. Working alongside our fine dining teams, you'll provide expert wine recommendations, deliver flawless service, and enhance the guest experience throughout every matchday.

As part of Compass Group, Constellation Platinum supplies exceptional hospitality professionals to some of the UK's most prestigious venues. This is an opportunity to showcase your wine expertise in one of football's most iconic stadiums while working alongside an elite hospitality team.

• Deliver exceptional wine service to VIP guests and premium hospitality customers.
• Confidently recommend wines that complement menu offerings and enhance the guest dining experience.
• Present, open and serve wines using correct fine dining service techniques.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of the wine list, grape varieties, regions, producers and vintages.
• Support guests with recommendations based on their preferences whilst upselling premium products where appropriate.
• Work closely with chefs and the wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless food and wine pairing throughout service.
• Deliver consistently high standards of professionalism, product knowledge and guest interaction.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of wine stations and service areas throughout matchdays..

• Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Sommelier or in a premium wine-focused hospitality environment.
• WSET Level 2 (Essential)
• WSET Level 3 (Desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of wines, champagne, spirits and food pairings.
• Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage with discerning guests.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Calm, professional and organised under pressure.
• A flexible approach with availability to work the majority of Manchester United home fixtures.
