The Medlock at Etihad Campus in Manchester is opening a new 401-key hotel and seeking a Guest Services Assistant to support the Front Office team in delivering warm, genuine and thoughtful guest experiences. You will help shape arrivals and departures, upholding brand standards and providing a confident, service-led culture day and night.
