Salary: £15,862.08 per annum / £12.71 per hour. 24 hours per week across 3 days.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

• Provide a warm welcome and first point of contact for guests.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Assist guests using our restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally.
• Support reception operations during open 24/7 schedule.

• Natural hospitality charm and passion for service.
• Experience working in a branded hotel environment is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and require flexibility to cover a range of shifts and days. This includes greater demand during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
