Dakota Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Receptionist with a genuine people-person approach and strong administrative skills to join our front desk team. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and support guests with restaurant bookings, directions, and room service requests.
The role requires a hands-on, flexible team member who can work peak times, stay organized, and uphold our service standards. Training on our property management system will be provided.
