Chef de Partie - Hospitality Manchester

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team in Manchester. Working within a high-quality contract catering environment, you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal food for hospitality events, meetings, conferences, and VIP dining, while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What you'll be doing

Managing your designated kitchen section during service.
Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes for hospitality functions and corporate dining.
Supporting the delivery of conferences, meetings, events, and VIP hospitality.
Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
Assisting with stock control, food ordering, and minimising waste.
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive and organised kitchen environment.
