Were a busy 4-star hotel with 12 flexible event spaces, two stunning canal-side terraces and an unbeatable location less than five minutes from Piccadilly Station. Were now looking for a Meeting & Events Executive to support the growth of our Meetings & Events business while also assisting with Groups enquiries and bookings.

What Youll Do

Meetings, Events & Groups Coordination

• Handle Meetings & Events and Groups enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation
• Manage event and group details accurately, ensuring smooth handovers to Operations
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the planning process

Sales & Conversion

• Convert Meetings & Events and Groups enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Deliver confident and engaging show-rounds of our event spaces
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience
