The main responsibility is to meet & greet all entering the building in a warm, professional and polite manner
Main Duties- Input, amend & cancel reservations using the Hotel Reservation System
- Maintaining accurate records and taking payments
- Checking in and checking out hotel guests
- Operate the switchboard, answering all calls in a standard and timely manner
- Serving drinks from our small resident's bar
- Any other duties that might reasonably be assigned by your manager
This position involves being a lone worker during the shift
