Travelodge is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager for Travelodge Manchester Birch M62 Westbound to lead and coach hotel teams on a full time or part time basis. You will drive customer experience, develop team members and ensure brand standards across food & beverage and operations.
You will recruit and induct new staff, manage rosters, monitor KPI targets, and support safe, efficient hotel operations while delivering value for guests and the business.
