Soho House Manchester is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to deliver a warm, professional welcome for members and guests. You will manage check-in/out, handle reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams.
Ideal candidates have up to 2 years’ experience in busy luxury venues, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems such as Opera or Protel. A calm, polished presence is essential.
