Shifts: 3-4 shifts per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends required

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

The Mitre Hotel is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team on a part-time basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, physically fit and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Handling, transporting and organising hotel linen.

Distributing clean linen to the housekeeping team, stripping beds and bagging up dirty linen to be collected.

Keeping the linen room clean, tidy and well stocked.

Supporting the housekeeping team with their daily requirements.

Checking and organising linen to ensure it meets cleanliness and quality standards.

Helping with general back-of-house duties when required.

Following all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Previous hotel, housekeeping or linen experience is preferred but not essential.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexible and available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
