Location: Salford
Maldron Hotel Manchester Central, part of Dalata Hotel Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant (casual) in Manchester. You will support dining service, learn via the Dalata Academy, and have opportunities for growth within the hotel group.
Reporting to the F&B Manager and Operations Manager, you will upsell, greet guests by name, and maintain bar/restaurant standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.
