Bar Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Bar Supervisor to joinourteam at MOTLEY.

As a Bar Supervisor , you willbe responsibleforleadingour bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations, andfordelivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.

• Supervise and support bar staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain bar inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Train and mentor new and existing bartenders.
• Assistin creating and updating the drinks menu.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage till operations.
• Monitor customer experience and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with management to improve bar efficiency and profitability.

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
