The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of Inter Continental Hotels Group, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor on a full-time basis for maternity cover. You will lead the front office team, oversee check-in/check-out, and ensure guests receive a warm Manchester welcome with strong operational knowledge and PMS proficiency.
Key duties include duty manager coverage, coaching the team, resolving guest issues, engaging with guests, and promoting IHG One Rewards.
