Trial Manager - Youth Endowment Fund

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of the trial setup including trial registration, ethical approval applications (e.g., University of Manchester Ethics Committee), trial documentation (e.g., participant information sheets, consent/assent forms), trial governance structures (e.g., Trial Steering Committees and Data Monitoring Committees).

Coordinate relationships with participating schools, serving as the primary point of contact for the evaluation team.

Develop and maintain secure data management systems for trial data collection, storage, and processing in compliance with data protection regulations (UK GDPR).

• PhD in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology)
• Proven skills in advanced quantitative data analysis
• Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, REDCap)
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and research ethics

• Experience of working with schools
• Knowledge of Structural Equation Models
