The University of Manchester, in collaboration with AWE, invites applications for a Senior Technical Specialist to lead actinide analysis and spectroscopy within the ACE.
You will specify, operate and optimise specialist equipment and processes, using spectroscopic and radiometric techniques to quantify actinide samples in solution and in solids.
Working with academics and external partners, you will train users, enhance technical services, and ensure safe, compliant nuclear laboratory operations.
