I am currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Tester to oversee testing and handover on high-rise apartment and hotel developments across Greater Manchester.
You will be ensuring all electrical installations are fully tested, certified, and compliant prior to client handover.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Carry out testing and inspection on large-scale residential and hotel projects
👉 Complete and manage all electrical test certification
👉 Oversee the testing phase through to final handover
👉 Ensure full compliance with current regulations and project specifications
👉 Liaise with site management and project teams to ensure smooth completion
Requirements:
👉 ECS Gold Card (essential)
👉or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification
👉 Proven experience on high-rise residential or hotel projects
👉 Ability to manage certification accurately and efficiently
Competitive day rates available based on experience
