At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.
Our client is looking for an experienced Plumber for a contract in Manchester. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be hold a JIB card.
The Job and duties of a Plumber
Plumbing
fixing leaks
Replacement of the central heating and hot water systems to domestic properties which will include pipework, radiators, hot water cylinders, valves and insulation.
Plumbers must be experienced
Requirements for a Plumber
You will need a Full UK driving license
CSCS/JIB card
Proven experience in the maintenance sector
Be able to provide at least two working references Competitive day rate with lots of company benefits to be discussed.
