Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established company based in Greater Manchester

Salary: £21.00 per hour

Monday–Friday + callout rota

The Company

They are one of Manchester’s most trusted property maintenance companies, providing fast, reliable repairs for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients across Greater Manchester.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting a Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join their team — ideal for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and delivering first-time fixes.

The Role – Reactive & Repairs Focused

You’ll be working mainly on day-to-day maintenance and emergency jobs, including:

* Attending reactive electrical callouts and fault finding

* Electrical repairs and making safe

* Consumer unit upgrades and circuit alterations

* Lighting and power fault diagnosis

* EICRs and remedial works

* Replacing accessories, breakers and wiring repairs

* Supporting minor general maintenance when required

* Completing job reports and photos via mobile app

* Providing excellent customer service in occupied properties

You’ll represent the company on every job — working cleanly, safely and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

* Fully qualified electrician – NVQ Level 3 & 18th Edition

* Experience in reactive maintenance & repairs

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Experience in domestic and commercial environments

* 2391 Test & Inspection – advantageous

* Full UK driving licence (required)

* Good communication and customer-service skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload

* Ability to work away from home as and when required
