Package/Salary: £36,000-£40,000 (DOE), Training, Career Progression, Company Van, Company Events, and other benefits

My client is an industry leading Audio Visual Integrator into a niche market.

They are growing and are looking for a new Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join their team.

• Install a variety of AV equipment at client locations across the country
• Working on projects from 1st fix through to commissioning
• Traveling across the country to client sites (staying away between 1-4 nights a week)
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their development
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Prepare equipment off-site prior to on-site installation

• Experience working in the AV Industry, preferably in installation – residential & event installation experience desirable
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software (desirable)
• High attention to detail and problem solving
• Understanding of Video Distribution, Audio Processing, Projection, and more
• Industry certifications desirable but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Happy with nationwide travel including stay aways

Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of as a Audio Visual Installation Engineer being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
