Washroom Equipment Maintenance Technician. LilyLifestyle

Flexible People Ltd are recruiting a Maintenance Technician, for a prestigious client of ours based in Tyldesley. This is an ongoing, Monday - Friday position.

This role starts between 6 and 7 am, for 8 to 10 hours per day.

You will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of Washroom Equipment this will include hand dryers, air purification systems installing to fuse spurs provided, installation of water coolers and servicing. For this position candidates will require basic Electrical and Plumbing skills. With these skills a candidates will be at an advantage, as we provide Equipment to manage water systems within the washroom services.

Training will be provided in all aspects of the job role. Great customer skills as you will attend Customer Call outs and complete annual servicing on Electrical equipment. As this role is customer based excellent customer service is required. Vehicle supplied to complete your job role.

• Perform Vehicle Checks prior to starting customer visits
• Complete Jobs issued by Service Coordination Team
• Be able to travel to and from jobs
• Working under your own initiative
• Basic IT Skills are recommended (training will be provided)
• Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements including Manual Handling guidelines

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Ability to organise and plan workload
• To remain professional and diplomatic when dealing with customers
• Basic Electrical skills
• Basic Plumbing skills
• Previous van driving experience

Pay rates are 12.85ph
