Inspire Resourcing Ltd are on the lookout for a hands-on, problem-solving Field Service Engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and getting stuck into both electrical and mechanical work.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping vital fluid handling systems running smoothly for a diverse range of customers.
From fault-finding on control panels to servicing pumps and associated systems, you’ll be the person our clients rely on when things need sorting—fast and professionally.
You’ll mainly cover the North West, with overnight stays kept to a minimum wherever possible.
The client:
You’ll be interacting with a wide range of clients including supermarkets, schools, manufacturing sites, and hospitals this means professionalism and great communication skills are a must.

The Role:

* Carrying out servicing, maintenance & remedial work
 
* Diagnosing and resolving faults across electrical & mechanical systems
 
* Working on pumps, control panels and fluid handling equipment
 
* Building strong relationships with customers on-site
 
* Spotting opportunities for additional work (and earning commission for it)
The Package:
 * 💰 £34,000 – £42,000 DOE
 * 💸 Commission on additional recommended work
