Think Recruitment is offering a brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning maintenance team as part of a nationwide Housing Association. The position involves working in void properties in Cheadle, performing reactive maintenance works such as repairing and installing architraves, skirting, and hanging doors. The role is suited for professionals with NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade.
The pay rate is £19.00 per hour, and hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, totaling 40 hours per week. Benefits include mileage reimbursement at 45 pence per mile and consistent work with a great team.
