Senior fire Alarm Engineer

Senior Fire Commissioning / Installation Engineer We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Fire Engineer to join a growing team working on large-scale commercial projects across the North West.

The Role You'll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems on major commercial and industrial sites, including high-profile warehouse and distribution projects. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who is confident working independently and capable of delivering high standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems Working on large commercial and industrial projects Fault finding, testing, and system handovers Ensuring projects are completed to specification and deadlines Providing technical support where required Optional participation in the call-out rota Areas Covered North West region Primarily around the M62 / Manchester corridor Package Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Overtime available Pension scheme Company laptop & phone Fuel card provided Optional call-out rota ( 1 in 6 ) Standby allowance: £50 per week Holidays: 20 days  bank holidays Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm Travel Typically around 30 minutes each way Ideal Candidate Strong fire alarm commissioning and installation background Experience on large commercial projects Able to work independently and solve problems on-site Full UK driving licence Strong communication and organisational skills
