Your Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their Repairs and Maintenance Division in Manchester. This role involves completing a variety of basic repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and safety while working collaboratively within a team.
The successful candidate will have experience in patching, painting, and maintenance works along with a full UK driving license. A competitive salary of £27,976 for a 40-hour week is offered, alongside an extensive benefits package that includes a contributory pension scheme and health benefits.
