PPM Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Bias) in Manchester.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for assisting in the repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, and systems associated with the premises.
- Emergency lighting
- AHU servicing and maintenance
- Fan coil service and maintenance
- Pump servicing
- Minor electrical works
- Water systems and distribution
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Statutory PPMs in line with SFG

Experience in related roles.
- Experience and qualifications working on various types of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
- Experience with BEMS systems
- Must be able to read schematic drawings
- 18th Edition
- Recognised apprenticeships preferred
- Possess a recognised trade
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working with commercial electrical systems
Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week
