Plasterer

We're hiring a qualified Plasterer, offering a company van and consistent work within your community. • Carrying out plastering repairs across domestic properties and communal areas
• Completing general plastering work in line with specifications and supervisor instructions
• Conducting pre‑ and post‑inspections and recording outcomes
• Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
• Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines
• Recording work activity and completing required documentation
• Supporting apprentices and contributing to team performance and KPIs

• A structured schedule covering repairs and maintenance work
• Travelling between jobs in your company van
• Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
• Engaging directly with customers in their homes
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards

• Occupied homes
• Empty (void) properties
• Communal areas within housing schemes
• Environments involving vulnerable customers

• NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Plastering
• Experience working as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic properties
• Full UK driving licence
• Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be based within the M postcode

• Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices
• Additional Level 2 trade qualification

• This role will require a Basic DBS check
• You may be required to work across surrounding areas
